The Indiana Pacers are back in the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in a decade. Tonight they kick off the series against the top-seeded Boston Celtics at TD Garden. The Celtics are coming off a dominant Game 7 win over the Milwaukee Bucks, while the Pacers upset the Philadelphia 76ers in the previous round.

Celtics Put Up Historic Numbers in Dominant Win

In their Game 7 victory over the Bucks, the Celtics scored the third-most points in franchise history (134). Jayson Tatum led the way with 30 points, followed by Jaylen Brown with 29. The Celtics also shot a blistering 56.7% from the field, including 10-of-25 from three-point range.

Pacers Look to Continue Cinderella Run

The Pacers have been the surprise team of the playoffs, upsetting the top-seeded Miami Heat in the first round and the third-seeded Philadelphia 76ers in the second round. Tyrese Haliburton has been a revelation for the Pacers, averaging 23.6 points and 10.4 assists per game in the playoffs.
